MCA inserts Rule pertaining to fees of DIR-3 KYC e- form, amends Companies (Registration Offices and Fees) Rules, 2014

MCA issues Companies (Registration Offices and Fees) Third Amendment Rules, 2018. Wherein item VII relating to “fee for filing e-form DIR-3 KYC” has been inserted in the Annexure of the Companies (Registration Offices and Fees) Rules, 2014.

Item VII prescribes about the fee for filing  e- Form DIR-3 KYC under rule 12A. MCA directs stakeholders to pay the fees by 30 April of every financial year in respect of e-form DIR-3 KYC w.r.t. 31st March of the immediate previous year. In the circumstances where there is delay the fee payable would be Rs. 5000.

In addition, MCA highlights that in current FY (2018-19) fee will not be chargeable till 31st August, 2018 and fees of Rs. 5000 will be payable  on or after the 1st September, 2018.
